Like any other online community, ConferenceRoom.cc IRC Network must have Community Guidelines for proper online conduct and behavior. Please keep in mind that these guidelines are dynamic and always changing and it is important to check back regularly for any updates in these Terms of Service.
ConferenceRoom.cc IRC Network is a PRIVATE CHAT NETWORK.

By logging onto this network you agree to abide by the Title 18 of the United States Code - § 1030 Fraud and related activity in connection with computers

PROPER ONLINE CONDUCT Online conduct should be guided by basic netiquette and common sense. If you do any of the following you are in violation of this Network´s Terms of Service and may be removed and/or banned.

· No Harassment of users and/or staff

· No Child Pornography! It will not be accepted and you will be k-lined

· No Denial Of Service Attacks (DoS)

· No Mass Advertising-Inviting-Messages-Notices

· No Unauthorized Clones and/or Bots - 2 connections per IP at the very most

· No Asking or Demanding of O:Lines (Ops Status)

· Impersonation of others is not allowed (including Network Staff or other users)

· Do not disrupt the flow of chat with vulgar language, abusiveness, hitting the return key repeatedly or inputting large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, ect.

· Please note, some channels have different rules than others. What might be appropriate in one channel may be a kick/ban offence in another.

· If you need help while online please /join #Services or send a message to: /helpops

· If you have forgotten your Nick or Channel Password talk to an Services Admin or Server Administrator online and they must email you your password to your email you have registered, with or email CSOPS for it to be recovered. The Services Admin will not give out the passwords to you in chat.

· General NickServ Commands

/ns register yourpassword youremail

/id yourpassword To identify to your registered nickname, also /spass yourpassword and /passwd yourpassword and /identify yourpassword all work for identification to your nickname.

For General NickServ help type /ns help and /ns help set

For General ChanServ Commands type /cs help and /cs help set

For BotServ Commands type /bs help and /bs help set

For a list of IRCops online just /ircops to see who is here and active, all commands must be done via the chat server.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

· ConferenceRoom.cc IRC Network claims no responsibility for any file(s) and/or commands that may or may not pass through any server connected to the Network.

· We reserve the right to remove and/or ban any domain and/or IP from any server connected to this Network without any warning or explanation. By logging onto this Network or it´s servers you agree to their policies.

· This Network blocks all CTCP commands from being issued are turned off by default. If you want to be able to use CTCP, type this: /umode -p

· Ignorance of these Terms of Service is not an acceptable excuse.

· NOTICE - This Network runs an open proxy/wingate detection monitor. If you see a port 1080 or port 1040 connection from the server you are connected to please disregard it, as it is the detector in action.
